At Fish for Dogs, we want you and your canine-inspired wardrobe to be a perfect match. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
